Oh, I wish I'd had tansu stairs for Sims 1. With all the great stuff there is for Sims 2, I still miss a lot of my Sims 1 stuff. Even with all the stuff I loved, it's only been since I've played Sims 2 that I've found out about so much Sims 1 stuff I never knew about at the time. I would love to have all of Miffy's build stuff and the Persimmon Grove stuff for Sims 2...
Anyway. Yes, please ask questions about UV mapping. I'll help if I can, and I can also shamelessly use your questions to help shape the tutorial I have in mind. I've been asked by lalabubus to help her with meshing - specifically, using Milkshape - and I've been planning a UV mapping/meshing tutorial because I do see evidence that a lot of really good meshers don't "get" UV mapping and...it's actually really easy, at least the way I've come to approach the entire process.
